The First International Children and Youth Film Festival “Oqros Batibuti” (“Golden Popcorn”) took place in the city of Abasha (Georgia, Eastern Europe) in September 6-9, 2017.

All participant (amateur) films must be made by children and youth (10-18 years old). They must have the English subtitles. The festival accepts the short films only (made in 2016-2017, max. length of each – 10 minutes).
